# Cognidentrix > Cognidentrix is an agentic voice and virtual assistant for Canadian dental clinics, covering the front desk, the clinical team and patients. It is bilingual (English and French) and PMS-agnostic. Staff approve every clinical note and insurance claim; the assistant never signs notes, never submits claims and never guarantees coverage. It is in pre-pilot and looking for a first Canadian pilot clinic. - Status: pre-pilot. No clinics use it in production yet. - Languages: English and French. - Practice management systems: no direct vendor integration yet. Today it works through file exchange (schedule exports in, files out) with manual entry by staff. - Human approval: clinicians sign notes and staff submit claims. The assistant never signs, never submits and never guarantees coverage. It does not submit claims through CDAnet. - Sign-in: passkey or biometric, with a second confirmation before sensitive actions. - Privacy: designed for PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25. Speech recognition and AI run on a computer in the clinic; cloud processing is a fallback used only with patient consent. No third-party certification is claimed. - Pricing, customers and accuracy figures: none published. ## Pages - [Home (English)](https://cognidentrix.com/): What Cognidentrix does, how it works, privacy design, and pilot status. - [Accueil (français)](https://cognidentrix.com/fr): The same content in Canadian French. ## Markdown versions - [Home (English), Markdown](https://cognidentrix.com/index.md) - [Accueil (français), Markdown](https://cognidentrix.com/fr/index.md) ## Pilot - Pilot enrolment opens soon.
